As part of capacity building and the sharing of good practices, an exchange of professional experience was organized between the National Association of Social Workers (ANTS-RDC) and (CARINTHIA UNIVERSITY) Austria.
The main objective of the meeting was to promote the sharing of knowledge, experience and working methods in the fields of Social Work.
During the discussions, participants presented their achievements, challenges and strategies to improve their organizational performance. Several themes were discussed, including:
- Project management;
- Capacity-building of staff;
- Monitoring and evaluation mechanisms;
- Institutional communication;
- Partnerships and resource mobilization.
The discussions enabled the two organisations (ANTS-RDC) and (CARINTHIA UNIVERSITY) Austria to identify opportunities for future collaboration and to draw useful lessons for improving their professional practice.
At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their satisfaction and willingness to continue exchanges in order to consolidate cooperation between the two organizations.
